Joanne leads the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) Advisory Practice at Hartman Executive Advisors. Prior to her position at Hartman, Joanne served as IBM's VP of Global IT Risk. She is on the National Leadership Board of the CISO Coalition, a private, invitation-only, peer membership program for CISOs of the top 2,000 organizations in America. Joanne has also been inducted into the Women in Technology International's Hall of Fame.
