Christina Marin

Christina Marin serves as Director of Treasury Services and P3 Finance for the Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority, where she is responsible for managing the MBTA’s $5 billion debt portfolio, $900 million federal loan program, and $2 billion of short and long-term investments. She helps oversee investor relations and market disclosure, which took on added significance during the COVID-19 pandemic due to market implications resulting from a historic decline in ridership and drop in fare revenue. A former ratings analyst for SP Global and foreign correspondent in Latin America, Christina holds a Master in Public Policy from the Harvard Kennedy School and a bachelor’s degree from Colorado College.
