Aamena Khan

Aamena Khan is a Partner in PwC’s organization and workforce transformation practice. She has over 25 years of industry and consulting experience in strategic human capital management, HR transformation and culture and change management in North America, Europe and the Middle East. She has advised over 30 CEO’s and Boards of Directors of private, public and semi government entities across the financial services value chain, including banking & capital markets, asset & wealth management, SWF’s, and insurance, supporting in organizational restructuring, post-M&A integration, human capital strategy, back office functional optimization, leadership development and succession planning, and employee experience.

Her most recent banking experience includes leading the workforce and culture workstreams for a multi-year compliance-driven business transformation for a large bank with over 17,000 employees and 1,300 branches, including international locations. Engagement included manpower planning, learning and development, behavioral change and compliance awareness, positional compliance KPIs, etc.

She is currently co-leading the design and implementation of a Credit Risk Management Target Operating Model (TOM) for the Americas division of a large foreign owned bank. Engagement includes building a credit risk organization with clearly defined roles and responsibilities leveraging fit-for-purpose sustainable policies and procedures and creating a workforce management plan to address current and future skill gaps in a relatively complex head office- division governance structure. Engagement included technical skills assessment of over 300 staff and management.

She has also designed and executed large scale assessment centers for PwC’s banking clients. Assessment frameworks have included behavioral, cognitive and technical tooling to assess suitability for role and to identify development interventions for succession planning purposes.
