James Prince is a c-suite executive at Baker Hughes, having worked in the oil/gas industry and at a top international law firm for 20 years. In particular, he has provided multinational companies with compliance, governance, strategy and crisis management leadership.
He has extensive experience leading compliance programs in evaluating compliance risks, implementing strategic internal controls to minimize those risks and establishing a culture of integrity. His experience incudes managing material SEC and DOJ compliance investigations. He also has a keen understanding of the energy transition especially in areas of ESG and overall sustainability initiatives.
His functional expertise spands regulatory compliance, sustainability/ESG, mergers & acquisitions, crisis management and enterprise risk management.
He holds a BA in Political Science from Appalachian State University and a JD from the American University Washington College of Law.
