Amanda Miller serves as Vice President, Comcast Global Audit, for Comcast Corporation. In this role, Amanda oversees the internal audit function and performance of financial and operational audits for the NBCUniversal business segment. She also oversees the enterprise-wide Internal Controls team, including the Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) and environmental, social and governance (ESG) audit teams. A significant highlight of Amanda's role with Comcast Global Audit includes successfully leading the integration of Sky into the company's SOX audit program after its acquisition by Comcast.
Prior to joining Comcast in 2010, Amanda spent four years with Time Warner as a Manager in the Global Audit function. Prior to Time Warner, Amanda worked in the external assurance practice at KPMG LLP.
Amanda is a graduate of Penn State University where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting.
