Rob Zanella holds Estee Lauder Companies (ELC) Interim Co-CISO role in their Enterprise Cybersecurity and Risk function. He has almost 40 years of IT experience ranging from Operations and Software Development through Strategy and Governance. Prior to joining ELC, he held various leadership roles in Service Delivery as well as Cybersecurity at CA Technologies, the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE), and Deloitte Consulting. He has a CompSci bachelors, a Finance MBA, ‘gives back’ to the IT community as an Adjunct Professor at the Zarb School of Business at Hofstra University and sits on their Cybersecurity Advisory Board. He’s also been a frequent lecturer on Cybersecurity, Risk, and Governance; and has published several articles & books, winning ‘Book of the Year’ honors (2011) for “Cloud Security and Governance: Who’s on your Cloud?”
