Paula has overseen the Robert Half Management Resources practice on Long Island since 2013. She started her career with Robert Half as a consultant working with several high-profile Long Island clients. Prior to joining the global talent solutions firm, Paula was a former CFO and CPA working with The Big 4 as well as publicly traded companies. She is a graduate of Boston College where she earned her Bachelor of Science degree in
Accounting. Paula was also an Adjunct Professor at Hofstra University where she taught financial literacy courses. Through Robert Half’s sponsorship, she has collaborated with the Long Island chapter of FEI for nearly a decade.
