Ellen has a demonstrated track record of increasing performance through dynamic leadership and project management practices with cross functional teams. She has led efforts for Fortune 500 companies and smaller organizations through initiatives that impact people, processes and technology such as risk management assessments, internal audit, mergers, acquisitions and post-acquisition integration and analysis, and a broad array of system implementations, in order to achieve and support best in class processes and design.
