Linda VanDeventer is a compensation consultant who counsels executives and corporations on compensation strategies. Linda specializes in developing market competitive executive and employee compensation strategies along with salesforce effectiveness and incentive plan design. She also has a depth of experience in optimizing cost strategies for health and retirement plans.
Her career includes leadership roles at both global HR Consulting firms and corporations. Her broad background includes working at private equity owned organizations as well as Fortune 50 publicly traded organizations. She is an adjunct instructor at DePaul University’s graduate and undergraduate schools of business.
