Lisa is a Managing Director in Grant Thornton's Financial Management practice. Lisa is a CPA with over 20 years of combined Industry and Professional Services experience assisting finance executives with Finance Transformation, Finance Operations, Performance Improvement as well as M&A and post-merger integration across a wide variety of industries.
Lisa has extensive experience in leading and managing large-scale, cross functional program management offices. In addition, Lisa has deep process and systems optimization experience and has assisted clients in assessing and improving the accounting close to reporting cycle, optimizing the planning, budgeting and forecasting process, ERP and HCM system selections, as well as process optimization related to procure-to-pay, order-to-cash, inventory management, and treasury. Lisa has also worked closely with clients to develop future state finance operating models. Prior to Grant Thornton Lisa spent time at Deloitte and The Hackett Group in addition to leadership roles in industry. Lisa also worked for a Big Four firm as an auditor.
