Sean Campbell

Sean is a Senior Manager specializing in Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and Total Talent Supply Chain (TTSC) program deployment and optimization.  Prior to joining EY in 2013, Sean spent 16 years advising, designing and managing process automation and TTSC infrastructure.  Prior to joining EY, Sean was Vice President of Operations for a procurement and HR managed services company.  Sean is a guest lecturer at the Cornell School of Industrial and Labor Relations.  He holds a Bachelor of Science from Cornell University and an MBA from New York University.
   
Diversified Industrial Products Company: Designed and built global center of excellence structure for Robotic Process Automation, including project approval protocols, governance across functional areas and geographies, procurement protocols, job impact analysis methodology, training and development.  Served as SMR for HR process design across RPA shared service transformation initiative.  Total targeted capacity is 120 FTEs over a 12 month period.

Manufacturing Company: Identified hire-to-retire and procure-to-pay target processes for automation using Lean methodology.  Developed business case for automation focused on process defect reduction & identifying roles for transferred unionized employees resulting in approximately $300K in annualized cost savings.  Lead implementation team through successful go-live.

Business Process Outsourcing Company: Developed business case and roadmap for ERP consolidation leveraging SaaS and automation scripting.  Lead consolidation of 3 ERPs into one over a 3 year period for a $1 billion/year including vendor selection, implementation, day 1 readiness.
