individuals, multi-generational families, financial institutions, family offices, executives, and foreign individuals, closely held businesses and
their owners, early stage entities, foreign corporations in various industries, including private equity, real estate, financial, manufacturing, energy,
distribution, manufacturing, chemical, cyber security, technology, and life sciences.

Jim has a depth of experience in working with ultra-high net worth individuals and families in today’s ever changing global financial environment. His expertise in individual income, fiduciary, gift, partnership, business, and generation-skipping transfer taxes provides him with the specialized knowledge to develop solutions to meet their present and future goals and objectives.

Jim has assisted many clients with design, implementation and communication with other professional advisers regarding various types of tax planning including multi- generational estate planning strategies providing for a more tax efficient estate plan in the future while meeting the specific goals and objectives of each client.
