Ms. Kelly Harris

Kelly Harris is a CPA and executive leader with over 30 years of corporate and consulting business experience. She spent 14 years in tax at large corporations and the remaining years in professional services. She is an entrepreneurial executive, financial expert and strategist. She helps her clients save time and money through strategic planning, accounting analysis, process improvement and talent management. As a founding partner in Harris & Dickey, a women-owned financial professional services firm, Ms. Harris partners with C-level executives of Fortune 1000 companies to help enhance shareholder value and achieve corporate objectives. Earlier in her career, Ms. Harris was a founder and market leader in a successful Deloitte spin-off, Resources Global Professionals (RGP) that went public in 2000. Ms. Harris joined Deloitte to open the Dallas office of RGP and helped build a multinational-professional services firm with over 3,000 professionals around the world from 80 practice offices.
 
Prior to founding Harris & Dickey she spent time in consulting with PricewaterhouseCoopers, RGP and Titus, a management-consulting firm. She was responsible for overseeing service delivery, operations, growth, business development, resource management and provided strategic direction and leadership. At Resources and Titus, Kelly was the Dallas Managing Director. The beginning of her career was spent in tax departments at ClubCorp and Donrey Media Group a privately held owner and operator of newspapers, TV and radio stations, billboard and cable companies operating in 22 states.
 
Ms. Harris holds a Bachelor in Business Administration with a major in accounting from Texas Woman’s University. She has been a CPA for over 30 years with expertise in corporate governance, leadership, accounting, tax, business development, talent development and management.
 
Ms. Harris is a member of the Institute for Excellence in Corporate Governance (IECG), Private Directors Association, and the Association for Corporate Growth. She is on the Advisory Board for FENG and IECG and has served on non-profit boards. She has been an Angel Investor, and has investing experience with Trinity Private Equity Group, Texas Women Ventures Fund and Concert Golf.
