Mr. Doug Hall

Doug founded Financial Additions in 1999 and just celebrated his 25th year in the staffing and recruiting industry.  He has grown Financial Additions into a multi office multi state organization that continues to grow and innovate. Prior to working in the recruiting field, Doug worked in the investment and mortgage banking industry as a Senior Financial Analyst. He started his recruiting career at a national financial search firm and was promoted to senior manager of the Dallas branch, where he received the National Trainer Sales Award. His current and previous clients include Fortune 500 companies, Venture Capital funded start-ups, Big 4, and regional accounting firms. He has provided training for numerous accounting and finance departments in the areas of outplacement issues, employment market conditions, and salary review. Doug has a Master of Business Administration from Millsaps College; a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Abilene Christian University, and is a member of the American Staffing Association. He has served on the American Lung Association Fight for Air Climb committee. Doug has led Financial Additions to be recognized as a Best Place to Work by the Dallas Business Journal for multiple years. Doug has presented career and hiring seminars at various organizations including Financial Executives Institute and the Institute of Financial Operations.
