Sharon is a Partner and Director of Business Development with Thomas, Edwards Group, a DFW-based Executive Search Firm with offices in Dallas and Fort Worth. She has more than 10 years of experience in accounting and management consulting and 20 years of executive search experience. Prior to entering the search industry, she served as Controller for a major division of a healthcare conglomerate. Sharon started her career with Coopers & Lybrand, participating in both audits and litigation consulting engagements. She has a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting Control Systems from the University of North Texas and is a Certified Public Accountant. Sharon currently serves on the TXCPA Board of Directors and is the 2021-2022 Chair for TXCPA Dallas
