MaryAnn Mindrum

MaryAnn Totino Mindrum is an Assistant United States Attorney at the U.S. Attorney’s Office in the Southern District of Indiana.  MaryAnn joined the U.S. Attorney’s Office in 2012 and has prosecuted a variety of cases, including cybercrime offenses, fraud offenses, white collar offenses, civil rights violations, violent crime, drug offenses, and child exploitation matters.  MaryAnn is presently the cybercrime coordinator at the U.S. Attorney’s Office, where she focuses on all aspects of cybercrime, including data breaches, hacking offenses, computer intrusions, ransomware cases, business email compromises, and other cyber matters.

MaryAnn graduated from Cornell University in 2004 with a B.S. in Human Development, and earned her J.D. from Harvard Law School in 2007.
After law school, MaryAnn completed a federal clerkship with the Honorable Joseph F. Bianco in the Eastern District of New York.  She then practiced at two large law firms in New York and Indianapolis focusing on white collar and government investigation matters.
