Beth is the Managing Director of the Employee Benefits Practice at Henderson Brothers. She is responsible for managing a team of 45 Pittsburgh-based benefits professionals. In this capacity, she leads the creation of innovative solutions that help employers reduce healthcare costs and improve workforce health. She is directly involved in client work, providing expert consulting on the design and creation of employer sponsored benefit programs. In addition, Beth is a member of the firm’s Executive Leadership Team. As a recognized industry leader, Beth also serves on the broker advisory council for many major insurance carriers and vendors as well as several industry trade organizations.
