Josh Pascoe, from Protiviti’s Indianapolis office, is the office lead of our Business Performance Improvement solution, which includes our Finance and Performance Management, Public Company Transformation, and Financial Reporting Remediation and Compliance groups. He has over fifteen years of experience serving clients as a financial reporting risk consultant and internal Auditor at Protiviti, as an external auditor at Deloitte, and working in the Accounting and Finance department of a local publicly traded entity.
At Protiviti, Josh has provided finance and accounting process as well as finance technology transformation assistance to companies looking to optimize their current state programs. Josh has also provided internal audit out-sourcing and co-sourcing, Sarbanes-Oxley readiness and compliance services, and assistance to companies experiencing restatements and difficulties in implementing new accounting pronouncements. Josh earned his Bachelor of Science degree with a major in Accounting from Miami University of Ohio and a Bachelor of Arts degree with a major in Zoology from Miami University of Ohio.
Josh also serves as the President of the Board of Directors for a local not-for-profit.
