Kyle Griffith is the Managing Partner of The NYBB Group and Founder of Eminae Network. For over ten years, he has helped owners of small and mid-sized businesses in need of Merger and Acquisition and Business Advisory services. Kyle specializes in the HVAC, Trucking and Distribution industries, but has lent his expertise to clients in a broad range of sectors. Throughout his career, he has owned and operated several businesses. These include a family owned printing and shipping company; various online retail and serviced based businesses; a package forwarding company; and a consulting firm. These experiences have helped him hone his business development, operations, and marketing skills. Kyle has been awarded the Certified Business Intermediary (CBI) designation by the International Business Brokers Association (IBBA). This designation is held by fewer than 10 Business Intermediaries in the State of New York. He serves on the Board of Governors of the International Business Brokers Association (IBBA) as well as the Board of Directors of the International Association of Business Intermediaries (IABI). He is also a Board Member and Chairman of the New York Association of Business Brokers Metropolitan Chapter. Kyle as serves as a member of the M&A Source Marketing Committee and co-chairs of the Member Engagement Committee for the IBBA and also holds a NYS Real Estate license.
