Brendan Downing is President of XSELL’s healthcare practice focused on improving the consumer experience for Providers and Payers. Prior to XSELL, Brendan was the Co-Founder and CEO of Falcon Consulting, a 140-person consultancy focused on helping large health systems implement and optimize Epic, which he sold in 2016 to Avaap. Brendan began his career at Epic Systems Corporation, where he led several high-visibility projects as a Project Manager implementing Epic’s revenue cycle applications. Brendan holds a MBA from University of Chicago’s Booth School of Business and a B.S. in finance from the University of Maryland – College Park.
