After graduating with an Accounting degree at Kansas State University and obtaining his CPA, Dave worked in public accounting and the private sector for several years. In 1998, he found his true calling in recruiting for accounting and finance professionals and has worked with large national search firms and small boutique outfits. As Managing Director at Headfarmer, Dave leads the direct hire team.
Originally from Kansas, Dave moved to Arizona in 1993, where he quickly met his wife, Kristen. Married for 25 years, he has 2 wonderful kids (Sam and Annalie). He likes to spend his free time with family and is an avid hiker, backpacker and enjoys mountain biking.
