Frank Romano is an audit partner with more than 10 years of experience providing accounting, audit, tax, and business consulting services. His clients include an array of businesses in various industries, including real estate, restaurants, manufacturing, and distribution.
Frank takes a strategic and hands-on approach to client service, focusing on listening to his clients’ goals and needs in order to help them solve their challenges while growing their businesses. His areas of expertise include developing tax-efficient strategies, reviewing financial information, suggesting efficiencies both financially and operationally, and comparing results to industry benchmarks.
As a co-chair of the Education Committee in the firm’s Real Estate Practice, Frank has extensive experience working with clients in the real estate sector. In addition to audit and attest work, tax planning, and business consulting, he develops financial frameworks for timely and accurate reporting. Frank also supports his clients’ needs in connection with reporting results to their investors (both individual and institutional), as well as establishing controls and processes to report to investors.
For his clients in the restaurant sector, Frank helps implement procedures for proper internal controls and oversees financial reporting. He works closely with his clients on reviewing financial data to create plans for improving operational efficiency.
