Janice currently leads External Reporting and Technical Accounting & Policy at PepsiCo, Inc., including partnering with Sustainability for ESG reporting compliance. She joined PepsiCo 12 years ago and has held various roles with increasing complexity within the Corporate Control department. Prior to PepsiCo, Janice was an assurance senior manager with Ernst & Young.
