Ann Arnold

Ann Arnold is a senior level executive with a proven track record in the jewelry industry.  Ann combines her strong people and networking skills with her extensive financial background to strategically align organizations and identify opportunities for growth. She is a CPA and was granted the title of Qualified Risk Director by the DCRO Institute.
 
Ms. Arnold is the CFO of H. Arnold Wood Turning, Inc. a premier supplier of wood products and the Chief Strategy Officer of BIG (Buyers Intelligence Group), which provides comprehensive, scalable, industry solutions that deliver dramatically improved performance to jewelry retailers and manufacturers. Most recently Ann, along with her sister Isabella Fiske, created the Mark Schonwetter Holocaust Education Foundation, which is the only organization that provides Holocaust Education grants to schools nationwide.
 
After graduating from Lehigh University and earning her CPA working at Deloitte, she ran Lieberfarb, a leading U.S. based designer and manufacturer of bridal jewelry, for over 20 years, where she most recently served as CEO. As a 27-year industry veteran Ann then founded the Arnold Advisory Group.  

During Ann’s career she has provided board leadership to many organizations.  She currently sits on the board of Mr. T’s Carting, one of the largest private sanitation companies in NYC, as well as Day’s Jewelers, a 100% company owned, 8 store jewelry retailer based in Waterville, ME.
 
Her board work continues in the non-profit sector. She is the past Treasurer and President of the Women’s Jewelry Association (WJA), past Chair of the Jewelers Board of Trade (JBT), and Past Chair of the Manufacturing Jewelers and Suppliers of America (MJSA). In addition, Ms. Arnold is the current Treasurer of the Triple Negative Breast Cancer Foundation.  Ann has received the Women’s Jewelry Association Award for Excellence in Manufacturing, won two Platinum Innovation Awards from Platinum Guild International, and was honored by the Simon Wiesenthal Center with a Heroes for Tolerance Award.
