CEO of Knekxt Group LLC, a consulting company, Kalpashree helps clients build trust, mitigate risk, and grow in profitability and equitability, while also creating internal awareness for the high achievers and working parents who, like her, have encountered toxic bosses while rising the corporate ladder or have used their achievements to deflect from dealing with trauma up until now. Her mission is to impact 100 million lives in 10 years.
Kalpashree's career started with NCAER, a leading think tank in India, and then continued to corporate life with GE. She moved to the US and continued her path of achievement in Corporate America, helping American Express, Zelle/Early Warning Services, Bristol Myers Squibb, and Mayo Clinic increase revenues and profitability through strategy, consulting, and diverse operational roles in product, marketing analytics & fraud risk management. After 15 years of achievement, she couldn’t escape the inner questioning of self, feelings of “never being enough,” shame, or seeing the same trauma-triggers show up in work-environment, ultimately leading her to quit corporate for conscious entrepreneurship.
Fast-forward through hours of therapy, coaching, deep conversations with her husband and son, introspective soul-searching and transformation, Kalpashree founded Knexkt Group LLC, to help leaders deeply connect, transform their lives and businesses, rebuild relationships, and finally speak their truth both internally and externally.
