Dr. Sridhar Ramamoorti, ACA, CPA/CITP/CFF/CGMA, CIA, CFE, CFSA, CGAP, CGFM, CRMA, CRP, MAFF, is an Associate Professor of Accounting at the University of Dayton. He is also the Managing Principal & CEO of The Behavioral Forensics Group™ LLC, a consulting firm that treats fraud as a human act, exploring the psychology of fraud. Dr. Ramamoorti has a blended academic-practitioner background with over 35 years of experience in academia, auditing, and consulting. His professional experience includes a corporate governance partner with Grant Thornton LLP, National Sarbanes Oxley Advisor for Ernst & Young LLP, and as a principal with Andersen Worldwide. He is a former National Board member for Financial Executives International and an Advisor to NACVA’s Litigation Forensics Board. Previously, he was a member of the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board (PCAOB) Standing Advisory Group.
