During Leah’s ten years at Siegfried she has held many roles. In her latest role as a Managing Director and Leadership Advisor, she helps co-lead the Atlanta market through her business development and leadership advisory efforts. She has worked with many professionals to help them transform themselves into better leaders to exponentially improve their lives. As a part of her role, Leah helps with the recruiting efforts in Atlanta. Leah previously worked as the South Region’s Recruiting Director and prior to that she was a Professional Resource out of the Chicago market. Prior to joining Siegfried, Leah worked in public accounting for seven years and left as a Manager.
Leah is a Board member for the Atlanta Area Boy Scouts. She also works closely with Junior Achievement of Georgia, sitting on their Leadership Council.
Although she calls Georgia home, Leah has lived in numerous states including Michigan, Texas, Alabama, Virginia, and Illinois. She is originally from Michigan where she lived through her college years at Michigan State University. Leah and her husband, Matt have two children: Taylor (11) and Jacob (8).
