Juan recently joined Redbridge Debt & Treasury Advisory after a 20 year career in commercial banking with some of the largest global financial institutions in the world including J.P. Morgan Securities, Bank of America, and Lloyds Bank Corporate Markets. Now in corporate consulting, he is passionate about bringing unbiased transparency and advice to middle market CFOs and Treasurers to help them achieve the ideal capital structures to grow and sustain their businesses. Juan graduated in 2003 with a BBA in Accounting and Finance from University of Houston- C.T. Bauer College of Business. Juan resides near Houston, Texas with his wife and two kids.
