Kyle is the Vice President of Policy & Strategic Partnerships for Take Command. The company offers an end-to-end HRA platform solution for employers adopting the new individual coverage reimbursement model of employee benefits. Prior to Take Command, Kyle led growth efforts at Oscar Health, starting in Texas. During his tenure, Oscar, a consumer-focused technology-enabled health insurance company, grew from covering 40,000 to 400,000 lives across 15 states. Before Oscar, he was a strategy and operations consultant with Deloitte focusing on health insurance clients. Kyle has a BS in Commerce from the University of Virginia and an MBA from Northwestern University.
