In her current role, Theresa is Vice President of Accounting, Tax, and Planning for the Biltmore Companies. Theresa’s responsibilities include leadership of the accounting, auditing, financial reporting, budget & forecasting, and tax functions within the Biltmore family of companies. Prior to joining Biltmore in 2002, Theresa held several accounting and financial leadership roles in manufacturing, distribution, and public accounting. Theresa is a North Carolina CPA license; and holds certifications as a Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA) and is an Accredited Estate Planner (AEP). She earned her BBA degree with a major in Accounting from Adelphi University in Garden City, NY; and her MBA degree from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. Theresa and her husband Michael, and two children enjoy living in the mountains of western North Carolina.
