Pat Moore is the lead program manager for Financial Executives International’s (FEI) Employee Benefits Program which was launched to FEI members in 2017. She has 25+ years of Employee Benefits experience specializing in the strategic design, funding and administration of large group programs. Moore has significant experience in product and plan design, contribution and incentive strategies and health risk management program development. She currently works as a First Vice President and Benefits Consultant in the Employee Benefits division at Alliant Insurance Services. Moore is the lead consultant on the National Joint Powers Alliance (NJPA) program team and the Financial Executives International (FEI) program leader. Prior to joining Alliant, she was the Market President for Humana in six western states.
Moore is a member of LAAHU where she was named Woman of the Year in 2010. She is also a member of SHRM and PIHRA. Moore is past president of Employee Benefits Planning Association of Southern California. She recently joined the Board of Directors at Tierra del Sol, a recognized leader in developing innovative, accredited services that enable developmentally disabled adults to realize their full potential.
