Mark Webb

Mark Webb graduated from BYU with a bachelor’s and a master’s degree in accounting. He started his career in public accounting with PricewaterhouseCoopers. After leaving public accounting he has worked almost exclusively in the high-tech sector. Webb has worked in a number of companies ranging from startups to multi-billion-dollar businesses. The companies he has worked for have covered industries from Enterprise Software to Consumer Electronics to SaaS. Most recently Webb was the CFO for over 8 years for InMoment, a leader in the Customer Experience Industry. Prior to that he worked at Instructure, Logitech, WiLife, NextPage (now ProofPoint), to name a few. He has worked with many venture- and private-equity-backed companies. He also has IPO and extensive M&A experience on both the buy side and sell side. Webb likes to spend his free time with his family, he loves the game of golf and wishes he were better at it. He and his wife have taken their family on several humanitarian services trips to poorer parts of the world. He also has a Harley Davidson Road King for therapeutic purposes.
