Tony Duong

Tony Duong serves as Vice President of Manufacturing at Salt & Straw. Tony’s passion for culinary arts began at Johnson & Wales University. From there, his career unfolded in hotels where he rose from Executive Chef to Food and Beverage Director. Seeking new horizons, he embraced Food Manufacturing and held previous roles at Zapp’s Potato Chips and Van Leeuwen. Now, his joy lies in leading his team towards creating the incredible ice cream at Salt & Straw.
