Danika Haueisen is an Associate Director on Accenture’s Legal team where she is focused on Corporate Finance, including responsibility for U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission filings, as well as other corporate governance, securities, disclosure, and compliance matters. Danika participates in Accenture’s ESG steering committee and various ESG working groups, where she advises on sustainability matters, including emerging ESG reporting and compliance obligations globally. Prior to joining Accenture in 2010, Danika was a corporate lawyer with Nixon Peabody and Brown Rudnick, both in Boston. She holds a B.A. from Bryn Mawr College and a J.D. from Northwestern University School of Law.
