Her recent book, Stewards of the Future: A Guide for Competent Boards has become an Amazon bestseller on board governance.Helle is a Business Lawyer and a State Authorized Public Accountant (Denmark) with an MSc in Business Administration and Auditing. In 2023, she received the Globe and Mail 50 Changemakers Award and was named one of the Top 50 Influencers to Follow by Onalytica. In 2022 she was named one of Canada’s Most Powerful Women by the Women’s Executive Network and received the SustainabilityX® Magazine’s Global 50 Women in Sustainability Award, among other recognitions.
