Melissa Lipcamon is an Associate Director in Global Controllership at Accenture. Melissa is responsible for bringing financial rigor to global ESG reporting and ensuring compliance with US regulatory requirements. As part of an ESG cross-functional team, she is transforming processes and leveraging technology to enhance reporting capabilities and support stakeholder requests in a rapidly evolving landscape. Melissa was also member of the Technical Accounting Policy team at Accenture prior to her ESG role. Before joining Accenture in 2015, Melissa held roles in technical accounting in the pharmaceutical industry and external assurance at PwC. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting and Music from Illinois Wesleyan University and is a CPA.
