Kevin is a senior manager in BDO’s Management Advisory Strategy practice. He has spent his career advising clients on tax strategies, process improvement, project management,and developing strategic plans for clients facing near term decisions on opportunities in rapidly changing markets. His industry experience includes expediently growing retail and consumer brands, manufacturing and distribution, professional services, and financial institutions.
Kevin commonly works with executives and management on developing and deploying a strategic plan that encompasses a holistic view of their business and industry. With a vision on the near- and long-term challenges, he helps companies implement change to meet the objectives set before the organization. In addition to developing strategy, Kevin helps organizations with executing action plans and teaching them accountability, creating the right performance metrics, and tracking outcomes.
