Gareth Anthonisz

Gareth focuses on working with clients toward the development of strategic plans to drive value creation. He brings vast knowledge and experience with the 80/20 principle and how it can benefit both companies and their employee base, which he obtained through application of it to a wide range of industries.

Having worked in Australia, the United Kingdom and the United States, Gareth brings significant international experience and a broad understanding of business issues. His experience includes the development of customer differentiation strategies, product rationalization efforts, sales commission structure changes, list-price dilution studies, market segmentation and zero-based budgeting.

Prior to joining BDO, Gareth served in progressive financial oversight roles in a variety of industries for public, privately-held and private equity backed enterprises. Gareth’s experience working on both the company and consulting sides means he understands the issues and constraints clients face. His involvement with acquisitions, divestitures, reorganization and private equity, including while leading the Finance function, mean he is well placed to bring meaningful insights to your team.
