Nicole is a Director in BDO’s Strategy and Innovation practice. She holds more than 15 years of experience with a focus on enterprise organization design and transformation, culture and change management, asset optimization, and cost reduction strategies. Nicole is specialized in leading high performing project delivery teams from strategy through design development and implementation.
Before joining BDO, Nicole worked at Accenture both as an internal employee delivering extensive capital projects, as well as a consultant. Considered a subject matter advisor across capital projects design and builds, Nicole is knowledgeable in managing high-touch, thoughtful, and innovative projects for some of the largest global corporate real estate portfolios.
Throughout her tenure in consulting, Nicole has had the pleasure of working with a variety of Global 100, Fortune 500, and midmarket clients.
