Kevin is a Trust Solutions Partner in PwC’s National Office. Prior to joining PwC, Kevin served nearly 19 years on the staff of the US Securities and Exchange Commission, including various roles in the SEC’s Office of the Chief Accountant and the Division of Corporation Finance.
Most recently, Kevin co-led OCA’s accounting group, focusing on addressing complex technical accounting consultations, overseeing and monitoring the work of the Financial Accounting Standards Board and the International Accounting Standards Board, conducting outreach with a wide range of stakeholders, and supporting various SEC rulemaking activities. At PwC, Kevin leverages his expertise in accounting and SEC regulations to support PwC’s public company and pre-IPO clients.
