Francine has practiced accounting since 1981, including running her own practice and as a partner in a local accounting firm that eventually merged with Moss Adams. She combines practical business experience with technical knowledge to advise her clients on tax compliance and planning, business consulting, and estate issues. Her passion is helping clients identify and achieve their goals while working to reduce overall taxes. Francine leads the trust and estate practice for the firm’s California Central Valley office and co-leads the firm’s estate planning practice.
