Jessica Lee is a Tax Senior Manager with PwC's Private Company Services practice in Pittsburgh. Jessica has 11 years of diverse tax experience working with privately-held businesses and publicly-traded companies. She has significant ASC 740, Accounting for Income Taxes, experience including the preparation and review of tax provisions. Jessica also focuses on consulting with clients on US income tax issues, state and local taxation, mergers and acquisition planning, and tax reduction strategies.
