Dan Thompson is the Managing Director at Vaco Tampa, overseeing all technology initiatives related to executive search and consulting projects related to Digital Transformation, Application Development, and Business Intelligence. Over the course of his 10 years at Vaco, Dan has become one of the leading voices at Vaco and has helped Vaco Tampa achieve record growth, revenue, and profit. Additionally, he serves as the Chair of the Embarc Collective’s Young Professionals Board, serves on multiple boards in the start-up community, and helps oversee technology curriculum development for Hillsborough County Public Schools.
