Carl is an accomplished public company CFO, President, and P&L leader with a strong track record of commercial achievement across industries, including chemicals, electronics, automotive, healthcare, agriculture, and alternative energy. He currently is a Corporate and PE Advisor with extensive M&A and IPO accomplishments, in-depth experience with investors and shareholder activism as well as in debt management. Prior to that, Carl was EVP & CFO/Corporate Development at Univar Solutions. He was responsible for acquisitions, divestitures, and was a key architect to the company`s growth over his 6 years at the company. Carl started his career at DuPont, where in his 30 years helped grow multiple facets of the company`s business strategy - specifically growth in East Asia. Carl studied finance at Lehigh University and taxation at Widener University.
