Kevin Mayer serves as a Managing Director at Citizens M&A Advisory and has over 20 years of financial advisory experience. Prior to his time at Citizens, Mr. Mayer was a Vice President in the Mergers Acquisitions group at KeyBanc Capital Markets. Mr. Mayer has also held positions at McDonald Investments, Thayer Capital Partners and Robertson Stephens & Co. Mr. Mayer has focused his professional career on middle market, industrial M&A with a particular focus on the building products, paper and packaging, industrial distribution, and chemicals industry sectors. Mr. Mayer has a B.A. in Political Science from Yale University and an M.B.A. from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
