Jacob is a Tax Senior Manager in EY’s Global Compliance and Reporting Practice and has been with EY for over 10 years. He has a variety of experience across many industries including retail, health care and life sciences, technology, and energy. Jacob’s background includes experience dealing with ASC 740 (Accounting for Income Taxes) as it relates to both public company filers and private company audits for clients with both domestic and foreign operations. In addition, he has experience providing tax compliance and tax planning services related to federal and state compliance requirements.
Jacob received his Bachelor of Business Administration and a Master of Science in Accounting from Texas A&M University. Jacob is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and a CPA licensed in Texas.
