Kourtney Corcoran is a highly successful executive in the worldwide consumer products industry with over 20 years of leadership responsibility in Finance, Operations, Human Resources, and Information Technology. She is currently the Chief Financial Officer for Signature Brands, a manufacturer and
distributor of dessert decorating products with a focus on seasonal celebrations for leading brands including Betty Crocker, PAAS Easter egg decorating kits, Pumpkin Masters, Cake Mate, Popcorn Expressions, and Gift POP. Signature Brands is also the largest US baker and designer of gingerbread houses and kits. Product offerings are sold to both nationally recognized retailers and commercial distributors. Prior to joining Signature Brands, Ms. Corcoran spent four years at Concord Foods, a leading supplier of retail food products and custom ingredients, as Chief Financial Officer where through her development
of key metrics, measures and process improvements led to over 125% improvement in EBITDA. She also served as CFO of Legal Sea Foods, a multi-unit restaurant chain with global brand recognition as Senior Vice President, CFO and East Coast Seafood Group and Slade Gorton in similar roles. Lastly in this space were her 12 years of experience at High Liner Foods, a $1.2B publicly traded enterprise. As Vice President of Finance, she provided financial, strategic, and operational leadership for the $800M US Operations business unit. She led integration teams for 5 major acquisitions and created data
measurement and management tools that led to significant supply chain savings and EBITDA improvement. She is an advocate for Women in Leadership demonstrated by her development of “Women Leading the Way”, the High Liner Foods diversity program focused on the promotion of women in leadership roles in an industry with low female representation and was recognized by US Senator Ayotte for her work in this field. Kourtney is a Boston native and most recently relocated to Ocala, FL where she lives with her husband Brian.
