He has over 10 years of experience serving clients as a external auditor with a global accounting firm (Deloitte & Touche LLP), and as a internal auditor and financial risk consultant. At Protiviti, Justin has provided internal audit out-sourcing and co-sourcing, Sarbanes-Oxley readiness and compliance services. He also has significant experience in their Financial Remediation and Reporting Compliance group where he provides assistance to companies experiencing restatements and other financial investigations, leads public company readiness engagements, and provides implementation support for new accounting pronouncements, including revenue recognition and leases.
