Kristen is a Director within the Internal Audit and Financial Advisory solution in Protiviti’s Metro New York Region. She has over 25 years of global Internal Audit and Sarbanes Oxley experience, working in fast paced and dynamic CPG environments. Prior to joining Protiviti, Kristen led both domestic and international Internal Audit and Sarbanes-Oxley Compliance efforts, including public company readiness and IPO support. She has extensive experience leading companywide optimization projects including the rationalization and redesign of internal controls and has worked on various business process improvement initiatives for global Corporate Finance and Accounting functions.
Kristen is a Certified Public Accountant, Certified Internal Auditor and has a B.B.A. in Accounting from Hofstra University.
