Melissa is a CPA with over 25 years of comprehensive financial management and sales experience. She began her career in the Big 4 and has held various roles such as Controller, Software Sales Executive, and a Director in multiple consulting firms.
For the last eight years, Melissa has been with Robert Half where she has held positions on both the Talent Solutions side of Robert Half, as well as the Protiviti Consulting subsidiary.
Melissa was instrumental in creating what is now “Managed Business Solutions”, which is a unique offering that blends the capabilities of Talent Solutions (TS) and Protiviti together. This vision has now expanded to over 30 markets around the globe and is the fastest growing division within the Robert Half enterprise.
In her current role, Melissa is a Market Director for Central Texas where she will enhance and expand the Robert Half / Protiviti enterprise capabilities in this rapidly growing market.
